Lionheart Loyalty Program

 

Join the Lionheart Loyalty Group and earn points each time you enjoy a meal or beverage at Lionheart British Pub & Restaurant.  You'll receive eight (8) points for every dollar you spend.

 

Example:

-    Redeem 1,000 points for a free branded Draught Beer Glass  (ex: Guinness, Harp, Kilkenny, etc.)

-    Redeem 1,500 points towards a free dessert at Lionheart.

-    Redeem 3,500 points for a $10 Lionheart Gift Card good for a future visit.

-    Redeem 7,500  points for a $25.00 Lionheart Gift Card good for a future visit. 

 

Earn valuable points for other gift products ranging from Guinness Glassware, Branded Pubwear, Novelty Giftware and more. Earn double or triple points on selected days or on certain menu items to earn reward points even faster.  Joining the Program is FREE and is our way of thanking you for making Lionheart British Pub & Restaurant, your "home away from home".

How can I join the Lionheart Loyalty Program?

It's easy to join...simply complete the application form on the reverse of this form and hand the form in to one of our team members at Lionheart for processing.  Please allow up to 3 business days to process and activate your account. 

 

How do I earn Lionheart points?

You can earn 8 points for every $1 spent, excluding tax and gratuities.

 

How can I earn points faster?

The more you visit, the faster you can earn rewards.  Visit us during special event days or on double bonus days throughout the week to earn multiple points. Multiple points are also awarded on specific menu items from time to time so, watch our video monitor displays for featured specials.

 

What are the rewards?

Reward points totaling 1,500 can be redeemed towards a free dessert; at the 3,500 point level you can redeem your points for a $10.00 gift card and at the 7,500 point level you can redeem your points for a $25.00 gift card, which can be used towards your next visit with Lionheart.  Lionheart also plans to feature specialty gift items that you can be redeem for with your points; visit our website for a selection of available gift items. 

 

As an added benefit of the Lionheart Loyalty Program, simply present your card on your birthday and we'll provide you with a complimentary dinner entree, with our appreciation (maximum value up to $15.00). 

 

Do my points expire?

Points do not expire however, once you reach the 25,000-point level, your points will automatically be converted into a Lionheart Gift Card, which you may use during your next visit with Lionheart.

 

How can I check my points?

Your points will print on your receipt after every visit or simply ask anyone on our staff to check your account balance.

 

If I become a Member of the Lionheart Loyalty Program, will my privacy be protected?

Yes. Lionheart will not share your personal information with other companies. The information you provide is used simply to keep you updated about special events, wine and scotch tastings, discounts, bonus point opportunities, etc.  You can unsubscribe to our e-mail offers at any time.

 

 

Is there any fine print?

Yes, here it is:

-   Points officially accrue to individual accounts at the close of business day and are based on actual purchases made at

     Lionheart British Pub & Restaurant

-   Points can only be awarded to the individual paying for the bill at the time of purchase.

-   Points cannot be earned on the purchase of Gift Cards, Rentals, Labour Charges, Service Charges, Taxes or Gratuities; points are awarded on the purchase of food and beverage only.  

-   Points cannot be added to an account retroactively. 

-   Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed for selected items.

-   Points cannot be transferred between cards or card members.

-   If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, points will continue to accrue, and will be applied to accounts once the program is running properly again. 

-   Program rules are subject to change at any time.   Lionheart reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. In the event that this program is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem rewards that they have already been issued provided that points are redeemed within 3months of the discontinue date.

-  Lionheart can, at their discretion, modify the program rewards or substitute rewards of comparable value without notice.

- This card is intended for walk-in dining and bar customers only including take-out orders. 

     Rewards  are not offered on Outside Catering Events or Special Events sponsored by and/or

     paid for by Lionheart.  Reward points cannot be combined with other rebate or team sponsorship

     programs.

- Calculation errors, if any, made at the time of purchase will be corrected by end of business day.  Any discrepancies should be brought immediately to the attention of management.

- Employees and family of Lionheart British Pub & Restaurant do not qualify for a Lionheart Loyalty Card.

Disclaimer: The above rules and regulations, as well as any new rules and regulations pertaining to the Lionheart Loyalty Program may change without notice. Additionally, at the discretion of the Administrator of this program, if any cardholder is deemed to misuse, fraudulently participate and/or misrepresent claims pertaining to this program, the card and points may be removed from the program and no rewards issued.  All decisions or actions made by the management of Lionheart British Pub & Restaurant will be considered final.
